Paul

Paul is an entrepreneur at heart who works best when he is able to maintain the professionally high standard to which he aligns himself. His ability to listen intently to the needs of his clients means that he delivers only the very best, in alignment with the client's needs. He took his passion for people and walking in the mountains, and created a business - The Journeyman Experience - that offers walks, tourism offerings, and Life Coaching.

As a qualified tourist guide, he enjoys creating experiences that offer his clients the very best of what our beautiful country has to offer. Paul is also a qualified Life Coach and offers coaching in the natural environment to enable his clients to experience the peace and calm that Nature has to offer.

In this venture with his wife, Lilah, he hopes to help individuals and couples find their truth and live according to their passions, ensuring that their hearts smile again, which was his experience of his and Lilah's journey together.

Lilah

Lilah enjoyed a long and successful corporate career of 24 years as an IT and HR Business professional in a managerial and executive environment before she was called to the path as a Healer. After running her private healing practise for 10 years, she founded the School of Spiritual Alchemy in 2025 through which she shares teachings of "The New Human" and the process of soul embodiment. She has always been an avid lover of life and is passionately interested in aspects of human nature that bring people into contact with their fullest potential using the natural environment as a conduit for transformation.

Lilah’s passion and love of South Africa, and Africa in general was heightened after receiving a Bachelor of Science (Honous) dregree in Environmental Sciences and Archaeology from the University of Cape Town . She was introduced to the Cederberg mountains at the age of 19, during an archaeological fieldtrip where she was part of a team which discovered more than 160 new bushmen rock art and cave sites. Since then she has been back to the Cederberg many times and is very excited at the idea of guiding others to this magical place in order to reconnect them with a sense of remembrance to their natural human ancestry.
